I love leadership! My passion for people inspired me to launch Quendrida Whitmore Coaching & Consulting, where, as Coach Quen, I help leaders and organizations transform their futures. I have a passion for empowering great teams to drive excellent results. My ability to identify value and culture gaps and infuse alignment is where I thrive. I facilitate increased trust among groups to create a cohesive, high-performing team. Additionally, I enjoy helping individuals accomplish life-changing personal goals, authentically believing in development for all.

After graduating from the University of Minnesota, my leadership journey started with Target Corporation in various factions of the organization where I learned about leadership, development, and teamwork. Target instilled in me the importance of valuing people in business.

Regional Vice President | Senior Vice President

In 2013, I went to Ross Stores, where I was promoted to regional vice president of operations.

 

Subsequently, my career expanded to a senior vice president in hospitality and operations with WeWork as Head of Community in the United States, Canada, Peru, and Costa Rica. 

Throughout my time as an officer, I learned the importance of clear communication and narrowing the message to inspire change, action, and results with large teams.

Doctoral Studies

In 2021, I earned my EdD from the University of Southern California where I developed a change model that puts teams at the forefront of organizational transformation.
